Wayne’s educational journey reflects a commitment to a comprehensive and well-rounded skill set that started at SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology), where he earned a Engineering Design & Drafting Technology Diploma. Wayne has expanded his knowledge by obtaining the Pillars of Management from Mount Royal University, demonstrating dedication to leadership and managerial skills. His commitment to health and safety is evident through his participation in industry-specific training conducted by respected organizations like Energy Safety Canada. This specialized training ensures that Wayne is well-versed in the unique safety considerations of his field.  Notably, Wayne is also First Aid certified and has completed the Health and Safety program at the University of Calgary.
